Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Fastbox Logistics, we appreciate your trust and aim to offer clear and effective services. Our refund and cancellation policy is created to guarantee fairness and transparency for everyone. Please take a moment to review the terms below.
Refunds
- Amounts credited to your Fastbox Logistics wallet will be refunded back to your account within 45 days.
- Refunds will be processed only after the unpaid invoices are cleared.
- In case fraudulent activities are detected, Fastbox Logistics reserves the right to hold your COD remittance, wallet balance, and payments until the issue is resolved.
Account Closure/Cancellation:
- You may request to close or cancel your Fastbox Logistics account at any time.
- Account closure/cancellation will be processed only after all outstanding invoices are cleared and paid.
- For account closure/cancellation requests made after an invoice is created, A final invoice will be issued with all outstanding amounts.
- In case of unpaid invoices or detected fraudulent activities, Fastbox Logistics reserves the right to hold your COD remittance, wallet balance, and payments until the issue is resolved.
